Custom Services & Client Responsibilities
All our services are custom-built and tailored to the specific needs of each client. Before any work begins, we provide a structured proposal outlining the scope, features, and costs.
Once payment is made, clients acknowledge they have reviewed and agreed to the proposal details, including deliverables, timelines, and any budget-based limitations.
Budgets & Project Scope
We work with a wide range of budgets, but some advanced features or integrations may require additional investment. Clients understand that certain outcomes depend on the budget allocated and available resources.
If a project requires expansion beyond the original scope, we will communicate necessary adjustments in pricing or timelines before moving forward.
Revisions & Improvements
We are committed to continuous improvement. If any issues arise, we address them as part of our long-term partnership. While immediate fixes may not always be possible due to time or resource limitations, we prioritize solutions and work towards improvements over time.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of custom-built services, we do not offer refunds once a project has started. However, we will always work with clients to adjust strategies, refine features, or explore alternative solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive the necessary rights to use the final product for their intended business purposes. However, any proprietary tools, methods, or software created by HPO.Center remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Security & Data Protection
We prioritize data security and ensure that websites and digital assets are built using industry-standard protection measures. However, clients are responsible for ongoing maintenance, hosting security, and third-party integrations unless specified in their service plan.
Policy Updates
We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed to reflect new services, changes in policies, or evolving industry standards. Any significant updates will be communicated through our website or direct notification.
