600D PU Polyester
Most competitors use 500D. We step up to 600D with a Polyurethane (PU) coating. This holds dye-sublimation ink better for vibrant blacks and reds, and is naturally water/UV resistant.

How does shipping and tracking work?
Sequential Delivery: To speed things up, we ship the Frame and Bag (Stock) first, followed by the Custom Printed Top (Manufactured).
Tracking Policy: Because the top is created from scratch, we do not provide tracking numbers immediately. We can send updates after Day 10. The system is built for speed, not micromanagement.
Can I pick up my canopy?
Yes. If you are in the San Gabriel Valley, we recommend Office Pickup in Glendora to ensure security. We are not responsible for "Porch Pirates" or package theft if shipped to your home.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free within the Continental USA. For International orders (Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America), the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and duties. As long as you have a carrier, we can ship it.

To maximize speed, components ship as they are ready. You will likely receive the Aluminum Frame and Roller Bag first (Stock), followed by the Custom Printed Top (Manufactured). Do not panic if packages arrive on different days.
Because manufacturing creates the custom skin from scratch, we do not provide standard tracking numbers upfront. We can provide status updates after Day 10 upon request. The system is built for speed, not micromanagement.
