- Booking Deposit: A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to book our design services. This must be paid by card and secures your place in our queue.
- Our deposit and payment structure is designed to offer a fair price for professional services.
- Final Payments: For final invoices, we accept cash or card tap-to-pay in person.
- Clientele Policy: We work directly with business decision-makers. We do not engage with complex purchasing processes (e.g., union, city) unless a representative is authorized to handle the entire process, including payment, in person.
- We are committed to meet client expectations and deadlines throughout every stage of your project.
